Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Everything Bagel seasoning (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour and Greek yogurt until a dough forms.
  4. Flour your hands and a clean surface. Knead the dough lightly for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  5. Divide dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a rope and form into a bagel shape, pressing ends together.
  6. Place bagels on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with seasoning if desired.
