Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter. Stir until well combined and crumbly.
- Press the graham cracker mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form an even layer.
- Sprinkle the shredded coconut evenly over the crust, followed by the semi-sweet chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.
- Pour the entire can of sweetened condensed milk over the top, ensuring an even coating that reaches all corners.
- If you’re using chopped nuts, sprinkle them over the condensed milk.
Baking
- Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
- Slice them into bars and enjoy the sweet magic!
Notes
Tip: For a nut-free version, omit the optional nuts. For a vegan option, use dairy-free butter and chocolate chips. Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
