Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the wheel of Brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Generously spoon the red pepper jelly over the top of the Brie.
- Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the jelly if using.
Baking
- Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the Brie is bubbly and melty.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm with baguette slices or crackers.
Notes
For substitutions, try Camembert cheese instead of Brie. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at a low temperature.
