  • 2 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 box banana pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 2 cups milk Use any type of milk you prefer.
  • 1 cup whipped cream Homemade whipped cream is recommended.
  • 1 cup sliced bananas Use ripe, not overripe bananas.
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the banana pudding mix and milk. Whisk until well combined and begins to thicken, about 2 minutes.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated, creating a smooth and fluffy mixture.
  3. Add the Rice Krispies, folding them gently into the pudding to create the base.
  4. Fold in the sliced bananas and mini marshmallows carefully.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x9 inch dish, spreading evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld and textures to set.
  7. Cut into squares and serve. Optionally garnish with additional whipped cream or bananas.

Notes

For a vegan option, use dairy-free pudding mix and non-dairy milk. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freezing is not recommended but can be done if wrapped properly.
