- In a large mixing bowl, combine the banana pudding mix and milk. Whisk until well combined and begins to thicken, about 2 minutes.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated, creating a smooth and fluffy mixture.
- Add the Rice Krispies, folding them gently into the pudding to create the base.
- Fold in the sliced bananas and mini marshmallows carefully.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x9 inch dish, spreading evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld and textures to set.
- Cut into squares and serve. Optionally garnish with additional whipped cream or bananas.
Notes
For a vegan option, use dairy-free pudding mix and non-dairy milk. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freezing is not recommended but can be done if wrapped properly.
