  • 1 pound Chicken breast Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil For cooking on the griddle
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce To enhance the flavor
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 medium Onion Sliced
  • 1 cup Bell peppers Sliced, any color
  • 1 medium Zucchini Sliced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and garlic.
Cooking
  1. Add oil to the griddle and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through.
  2. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. Add more oil if needed, then sauté onions, bell peppers, and zucchini until tender.
  4. Add the chicken back to the griddle and pour in the soy sauce, mixing everything together.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, possibly paired with steamed or fried rice, and garnish with green onions or sesame seeds.

Notes

Prep vegetables and chicken before cooking to keep organized. Avoid overcrowding the griddle for even cooking. You can customize with other vegetables like mushrooms or snap peas. To store, cool down and refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
