Ingredients
  

For the fritters
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour Forms the base of the fritters
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder Helps the fritters rise
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt Adds flavor
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon Adds flavor
  • 1/2 cup Sugar Sweetens the fritters
  • 1/2 cup Milk Wet ingredient
  • 1 large Egg Wet ingredient
  • 2 cups Diced Apples The star ingredient
  • Cooking Spray To prevent sticking

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk and egg.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Gently fold in diced apples.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Use a spoon to drop batter into the air fryer basket, making fritters of your desired size.
  6. Spray the tops with cooking spray.
  7. Cook for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
  8. Let them cool before serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. Dust with powdered sugar, or drizzle with caramel or chocolate sauce. Store in an airtight container.
