Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Place the salted crackers on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, gently warm the caramel sauce until it is fully melted and smooth (about 5–7 minutes).
- Generously pour the melted caramel over the arranged crackers.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 5–7 minutes, keeping an eye to prevent burning.
- Sprinkle semi-sweet chocolate chips evenly over the top immediately after removing from the oven.
- Once the chocolate chips have softened, spread the melted chocolate over the caramel-coated crackers.
- Sprinkle sea salt over the top.
- Allow the bites to cool for about 20 minutes before breaking them into pieces and serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. Can freeze for up to three months. To enjoy, return to room temperature or microwave for a few seconds.
