Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and half of the sugar. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish to form a crust.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese with remaining sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the dish.
- Top with cherry pie filling.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled and optionally decorate with a cherry on top of each square. Pair with vanilla ice cream or nuts for added texture. Store leftovers in the refrigerator, covered tightly.
