Preparation
- Pat the boneless chicken thighs dry using paper towels.
- Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
- Once the butter is melted and bubbling, add the chicken thighs and cook for 5-7 minutes on one side until golden brown.
- Sprinkle Cajun seasoning and minced garlic evenly over the chicken, flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Spoon some of the melted butter over the top of the thighs while cooking.
Serving
- Remove the chicken thighs from the skillet and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in a skillet with chicken broth or butter to retain moisture.
