  • 4 pieces boneless chicken thighs Pat dry for better sear.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Melted in the skillet.
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning Provides the spicy kick.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Adds flavor to the dish.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning the chicken.
  • to garnish Fresh parsley Chopped for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pat the boneless chicken thighs dry using paper towels.
  2. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
  2. Once the butter is melted and bubbling, add the chicken thighs and cook for 5-7 minutes on one side until golden brown.
  3. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning and minced garlic evenly over the chicken, flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Spoon some of the melted butter over the top of the thighs while cooking.
Serving
  1. Remove the chicken thighs from the skillet and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in a skillet with chicken broth or butter to retain moisture.
