Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
  • 1 cup pretzel sticks
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sea salt (optional for sprinkling)

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  2. Gently fold in the pretzel sticks until they are evenly coated with the peanut butter mixture.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in intervals of 30 seconds, stirring in between, until smooth.
  4. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the pretzel mixture, then stir gently to combine.
  5. Using a spoon or your hands, form small clusters on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. If desired, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over each cluster for an extra burst of flavor.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the clusters are firm.
  8. Once set, enjoy your delightful clusters right away, or keep them stored for later.

Notes

For best results, store clusters in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for up to three months. Allow to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before enjoying if frozen.
