- In a bowl, combine the beef sirloin, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Chop the vegetables: bell pepper, onion, and garlic.
Cooking
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced onion, and sauté until fragrant and slightly soft.
- Add the marinated beef to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.
- Toss in the sliced bell pepper and cook until just tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
