  • 1 box Brownie mix Follow box instructions for eggs, water, and oil

  • Oil As required by box instructions
Creamy Layers
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 1 cup Chocolate pudding
  • 1 cup Crushed cookies (like Oreo)
  • Chocolate shavings For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the brownie mix instructions. Grease your baking pan and prepare the brownie mix according to box instructions.
  2. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake until a toothpick comes out clean. Let them cool completely.
Layering
  1. Crumble the cooled brownies into bite-sized pieces in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the chocolate pudding and whipped cream until well combined.
  3. In a deep rectangular dish or trifle bowl, layer the brownie crumbles, followed by the pudding mixture, and then a layer of crushed cookies. Repeat these layers until the dish is filled, finishing with a layer of cream.
Chilling
  1. Cover the assembled cake with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Serving
  1. When ready to serve, remove from the fridge, add chocolate shavings on top, and enjoy!

Notes

For a Halal-friendly option, use dairy-free whipped cream or plant-based pudding. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days or freeze in individual portions for up to a month.
